Rob’s passion for trade and it’s benefits saw him start Smarter Barter (after 20 years in furniture retail) as a way for small businesses to not only sell downtime, but to use trade to collaborate with like minded businesses. After 6 years growing Smarter Barter and studying trade, Rob now works in collaboration with fellow traders in projects that use trade for the collective benefit of all involved.

Eng is your go-to guy for anything relating to Smarter Barter's web and IT. He is a happily married man, and the proud father of three highly active kids. He has worked in several humanitarian, health and education projects both in Australia and overseas. Eng will bring his IT and social entrepreneurial skills to help build up Smarter Barter's IT, website and training workshops.
